Sanford was engaged early to provide advisory support during the property acquisition phase. We guided the client through the appointment of a town planner, helped manage the DA process, and coordinated the engagement of a designer. We also oversaw the appointment of a quantity surveyor and developed a build solution that met the client’s objectives.
