  • Project: Speculative Suite Fit-Outs Across 2 Levels
    Scope: Eight separate tenancy fit-outs

This project involved the fit-out of eight individual tenancies across two levels, each with unique finishes while maintaining a cohesive design theme. The fit-outs included quiet spaces, breakout kitchens, meeting rooms, workstations, and full furniture installation.

Designed with a focus on the modern work environment, these stylish offices were crafted to offer both functionality and aesthetic appeal, catering to diverse tenant needs while promoting collaboration and productivity.

  • Project: B1, B2 + 22 Levels, 50 Lonsdale St, Melbourne, VIC
Scope: Building and lobby refurbishment, including two End-of-Trip facilities
    Budget: $6 million
    Area: 2,000m²

The project involved the refurbishment of 22 levels within the building, including amenity upgrades, base building works, painting, re-lamping, and carpeting. Given the full occupancy of the building, the project required a carefully staged approach, with noisy and disruptive works scheduled after hours to minimize impact on tenants.

Four months into the project, the client expanded the scope to include significant lobby upgrades, resulting in a contract extension. Through meticulous planning and flexible management, the project team successfully adapted to the revised scope while maintaining the project timeline.
